REFUND POLICY
HOW REFUNDS WORK
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we process your refund to the original payment method. Funds typically land in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
WHAT'S REFUNDED
Approved returns are refunded in full, including any GST paid. Because shipping is free on every order, there are no shipping fees to deduct. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost; if the item is faulty, we cover it.
IF YOUR REFUND IS LATE
Check with your bank first — processing times vary. If it's been more than 10 business days since our confirmation email, contact us at OrveziJewellery@gmail.com and we'll chase it up.
