Every order ships free with express post, Australia wide. No minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.

Orders are packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Express delivery is typically 1–3 business days to metro areas and 2–5 business days to regional areas.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our Melbourne studio.

PACKAGING

Every piece arrives in ORVEZI gift packaging, protected for transit and ready to gift or keep.

INTERNATIONAL

ORVEZI ships free with fully tracked express post to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy. No minimum spend, same as Australia.

Dispatch is still within 1–2 business days from Melbourne. Delivery is typically 2–4 business days to New Zealand, 3–6 business days to Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan, and 5–9 business days to the UK, Europe, Canada and the United States.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Orders leaving Australia are sold GST-free. Your country may then charge its own import duty, VAT or GST before your parcel is handed over — this is collected by your local postal authority or courier, not by us, and is the responsibility of the customer.

Any import tax you pay on delivery is not refunded by ORVEZI, including on returns, as it is set and collected by your local authority rather than by us.
