12-MONTH WARRANTY

Every ORVEZI piece is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery — things like loose stones, faulty clasps and setting faults.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

• Normal wear and tear, scratches and tarnish
• Damage from accidents, chemicals or improper care
• Lost or stolen items
• Pieces altered or repaired by a third party

HOW TO CLAIM

Email OrveziJewellery@gmail.com with your order reference, photos of the issue and a short description. If the fault is a manufacturing defect we'll repair or replace the piece free of charge, and if that's not possible we'll refund it.

This warranty sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law and does not replace them.
